After your order is prepared for shipping, the average delivery time is 5-9 working days with a processing time of 1-2 days included.

If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse staff, you can make changes or cancel up to 24 hours after ordering. After this, the order will be definitively processed and shipped.

We’re sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. Please contact us at support@caltronice.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

If possible, include a photo of the item and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
